I used to be that kind of person that when I open my eyes in the morning I literally jump from the bed right away and directly start the stressful day. My friends are always telling me that I should relax and take it easier… but how…what if I miss something, every the day is so important. With the age I began to understand and value the little things more. I try to wake up in the morning and start the day slowly.
And now when I wake up 15 minutes earlier then I used to… I have little ME time. Talking with friends, drinking my favorite coffee and just being happy that I exist.
