Engagement Session in San Francisco

When you think of engagement photos, often your mind goes to a beautiful beach at sunset or a lovely garden full of blooms. But what if you want something different? Something that is sure to stand out and be remembered and at the same time - something that is meaningful to you?
When we started to plan Bella’s and Billy’s engagement session at first - these were the main questions we tried to answer, because they are a couple looking for something off the beaten path.

We wanted an engagement session that will be unique and special just like their relationship is. So we decided to avoid the traditional locations like Golden Gate Park and Golden Gate Bridge and jump right into a bar, where Billy is currently working as a bartender. Trick Dog is a trendy hangout in a converted warehouse with an array of craft cocktails and eclectic small plates - it was once named one of the “World's Best Bars.”
The second location that Bella and Billy wanted to visit, was the popular Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. Ghirardelli Square is a historic destination in San Francisco - with its iconic architecture, stunning views of the bay, and unique landmarks, it offers a variety of backdrops, but also a lot of people. So definitely is not the best place for camera-shy couples.
I have experience working in crowded places and we moved around the square taking pictures with different backgrounds. The film photography also added a unique touch to these photos. However, we totally embraced the situation and I was able to deliver to Billy and Bella “the most amazing epic images that they love and will cherish forever”.
