Epic Engagement session on film in Mendocino

The beginning of February is not the best time to shoot a portrait engagement session in Mendocino County, California. Although Northern California is always amazingly beautiful, the weather could be really chilly and gloomy. Worried a bit about unpredictable weather I drove up to Westport, California together with Anna from Seva Design. Once we set up the beautiful picnic in the middle of the field in front of the gorgeous Victorian house, all my worries disappeared and I knew that this will be another epic engagement session. We plan to visit two locations with Janell and Doug - first their wedding venue - yes, that’s the Victorian house from the images right here - Switzer Farm (they are absolutely in love with) and then to go on the beach for gorgeous sunset photos, because like a miracle the sun decided to show up in the last 20 minutes of our photo session.
